Tracking your usage of the sites
Your visits to the sites are tracked and recorded in several ways.
Firstly, the web server records your visit to the site for the purpose of providing content to you, in this case web pages, images, and so on. The information it records includes your IP address, browser, operating system, referring page, and the time and date of visit. These logs are anonymous and do not identify you personally.
In addition to this standard web server tracking, we employ tracking code from Google Analytics on most web pages which store a cookie on your computer in order to track your usage of the site. We only track the pages you visit on our sites, and store this information anonymously. Personally identifiable information is not included in this tracking data. If you would like to prevent us from tracking your usage of our sites in this way, please visit the Google Analytics opt-out page.
Emails you send to any of the addresses provided on the sites are stored confidentially and will not be made public without explicit prior permission from the sender.

Content you submit may be made publicly available (unless otherwise stated when submitting). User-submitted content includes (but isn't limited to): form submissions, image uploads, file uploads.
